![]() It's gotten worse since I first started about 2 years ago and has only gotten progressively worse since then. I no longer feel guilty for falling behind and not working extra days and have already put in my two weeks notice. Ever since this last Prime week, I finally fully woke up and realized the reality of it. I don't know why people complain and quit □" bullshit. ![]() I use to drink the corporate kool-aid of "oh well it's not that bad, it's just a job. I'm overworked and expected to meet unrealistic expectations almost every day. The whole route progression system that Amazon has set up for DSPs to use is all based around micromanaging drivers to extremes and I'm sick of it. In order for me to not fall behind, I have to cut corners, sprint though people's yards, jump over fences, and skip my breaks and it's absolutely rediculous and am so burned out now by this overall toxic work environment that Amazon sets up for DSPs. If I fall behind on my route by following all of these rediculous and unrealistic standards, it's automatically assumed that I am just being lazy and don't wanna do the work and it's all bullshit. I am expected to follow customer notes and special instructions, "drive safely", call and text the customers, deliver to multiple addresses in 1 fucking "stop", deliver to businesses before they close, etc but not even given the time to do it all.
